Tasked with upgrading Celebrity Secret Weapon for POPSUGAR beauty meant making it TV ready, slick and energetic. The fresh spin: making it an "investigative" series, covering of-the-moment trends. CSW aired weekly on the re-launched TVGN, now POPtv network.

Teamed up with Aimee Song to direct and produce the video announcing the relaunch of her site and launch of her wildly popular Youtube channel. Since it’s launch, Aimee’s Youtube boasts 300K+ subscribers.

TALK SHOW: We Spy Style

Looking to create a property that would become a franchise. Vanessa developed and executive produced We Spy Style, a fashion talk show with a younger, less snarky voice than E!’s Fashion Police. Engagement was through the roof, garnering advertising sales from Levi’s and Nordstrom.

The design leg of We Spy Style called "Eye On Design" was later launched with a multi-episode sponsorship from Lowe’s.
