OUTFIT// BLUE FLORAL AND GRAPHIC PRINT MIX

Another print mix for the books! To be clear if it were jacket weather, this outfit would be a three-way print mix. I've done it before. If you want to check that out, click here.

Here's the summer version:

The top: a floral print from Alexander Wang with great details. check out the white collar/shoulder action AND the polka dots that effortlessly emerge from the floral.

It's the little design elements that make a difference. I'm constantly thinking this when shopping. Look for the piece that has something OTHER going on. Don't be intimated. And don't go with the uninspired piece!

The shorts are vintage and although this seeeeeemmms like a hard match to pull off, it truly isn't. Both prints share the white/blue/black theme, which of course gives them a "relationship" to each other.

Accessories: SIMMMMMPPPLLLEEEEE. A vintage looking necklace and the usual mixed metallics.

The Shoes: You know what? I have this thing about adding an "edgy" or hard piece to every look. This could be considered a "hang up" but for now, I'm passing it off as my personal style.

That's about it!
